We are anticipating a great turn out. Hurry and submit your application as soon as possible, especially, if you have a booth preference. Space is limited to 45 participants.
Registration deadline is March 20.
As usual, we will be having a Vernissage on Friday, May 20th. Entertainment for the Vernissage will be provided by harpist, Sharon Baird. Spencer Scharf will be providing entertainment again this year on Saturday from 1 to 3 pm.
Please read the attached forms carefully as there have been some important changes:
50/50 Draw for Art: There will be 2 draws – one on Friday night at 8 pm and one on Saturday at 3 pm. Tickets will be sold at the Admission Desk and by volunteers for one hour prior to the draw. 50 % of money collected will be applied to the winner’s purchase of artwork. Winner has to be present to win.
Grids in Entrance: There will be 8 grids available in the entrance which will be available to those participating in the Sale for $10 per half grid or $20 per grid (each grid measures 6′ high by 2′ wide). These are on a first come basis and there is a maximum of one grid per artist.
We are working hard to make this event special. With your help, we believe it will be very successful.
