Registration Form – Fall 2018 Sale


  • You must be a member in good standing. To renew your membership or to apply for one, click on Membership Application and Renewal.
  • Volunteering is MANDATORY to ensure the success of the Art Sale.
  • You agree to the terms and conditions as outlined on the accompanying Call for Submission Information NFAL Sales.
  • When both your payment and your registration form are received, you will be emailed confirmation of your registration. About a month prior to the sale, you will receive a sale information package, your volunteer duties and your assigned booth.
  • In addition to the above, it is mandatory for all participants to distribute promotional material and advertise via e-mail and social media (Facebook and/or Twitter). We will be providing digital images and links for you to distribute.

1. If paying by cheque, please make it out to Nepean Fine Arts League and mail it to the address below. Please indicate either on the cheque or on an attached paper what the payment is for.
